2/3 Cups Sugar

1 Tablespoon Flour

1 Teaspoon Lemon Flavoring

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoon  Sugar

1 Cup Buttermilk

1/2 Tablespoon Butter

1/8 Teaspoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Combine sugar, flour and butter.  Add Buttermilk Flavorings, salt, lemon juice and slightly beaten Egg yolks.  Mix thoroughly, Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) until an inserted Knife comes out clean.  Cover with Meringue (use Egg whites & 2 tablespoons sugar). Bake in slow oven 20 minutes.
